Position: Area Sales Officer
Department: Sales
Location: Hyderabad/Chennai & Kerala
Employment Status: Full Time
Job Responsibilities: * Market mapping – To identify business opportunities in the assigned territory by meeting all relevant retailers, identifying prospects and evaluating their requirement; researching and analyzing sales options.
The job requires long hours, relentless execution and relationship management. It is a high pressure, daily productivity role, hence candidates with prior field sales experience with daily targets ONLY need apply
Knowledge/Skills
* Sound understanding of retail sales.
* Excellent presentation/story telling skills
* Ability to take initiatives and work independently
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Good understanding/usage of mobile apps
An extroverted personality who enjoys being and talking with people; high energy level and a positive approach; team player; motivated
Smartphone (Android)
Willingness to travel within the city
Attend daily meetings as arranged by TL/Manager
*Daily Meetings – Identify the decision maker for prospective retailers & developing relationships through multiple visits, rigorous follow ups and recommending solutions.
*Demos & Closures – Present the solution to a daily minimum required number of prospects and signing them as per daily/weekly/monthly targets
*Relationship Management – Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
Educational Qualification: * Min Graduate (Completed)
Experience * 1-2 Years of experience in field Sales will be an added advantage
Language fluency * Basic English + proficiency in local language.
