Mr. Manohar is a Management Expert having 30 years of experience in the fields of Marketing (Domestic & International) and Human Resource Consultancy. Having worked in the Pharma Sector at the Senior Level of General Manager, he got the opportunity to interact with Professionals at various levels.

As the Head of a Profit Centre of his company, he was responsible for, among other things, recruitment and induction of high caliber professionals for his company and hence understands the principle of matching the right professional with the right profile.

In the field of HR since the year 2005, he was heading MINAR’s (MINAR Management & Professional Services Pvt. Ltd. – a HR Consultancy firm into Recruitments with a focus on the Textile and Power Sectors) regional office at Delhi and since Nov’ 2014 is heading the Operations at the CHAQUE JOUR GROUP (ADAMAS HR SERVICES PVT. LTD.) in the capacity of Chief Operating Officer.
